How many of you do shoulders on chest day? If so do you still work the front delt hard?
My best gains as far as muscle quality and size have been when I trained chest/ shoulder and back/shoulders.
I will do a military pressing movement and side laterals on my chest day. Front delts get worked thoroughly on my chest exercises. Then on back day, I will add in upright rows and reverse flys for side and rear delts.
So my split is chest/front delts (pressing movement) and then back/traps rear delts...
