shoulders on chest day?

Not usually, but sometimes I like to throw one or two exercises in there. On shoulder day, I like to do one or two exercises of chest though.
 
My best gains as far as muscle quality and size have been when I trained chest/ shoulder and back/shoulders.

I will do a military pressing movement and side laterals on my chest day. Front delts get worked thoroughly on my chest exercises. Then on back day, I will add in upright rows and reverse flys for side and rear delts.

So my split is chest/front delts (pressing movement) and then back/traps rear delts...
 
It always made sense for me as my shoulders get hit on my presses anyway, just keep it going. I often do all the pushing muscles of the upper body one day.
 
Personally...I get more out of shoulders when I train them with chest
 
I do chest on monday and add a light chest workout and have seen great results. Also, on Thursdays, I go heavy shoulders and light chest. The mass I have added this past year has been phenomenal.
 
Yep I like chest, shoulders and tris on the same day. I train DC now. When I train volume I train them seperate. Better growth from DC.
 
I train shoulders with chest all the time. Since when your training your chest primary your shoulders are also being hit secondary.

I do the exact same thing and it works well for me. I train like this during the summer months when I don't have much time to train and usually only train with weights 3 times per week. Chest/front delts, side delts | back, upright rows, rear delts + squats| arms. Works for me.
 
I cant seem to do military presses as heavy when i combine chest and workout.
You look really huge after combining the two but i for one lose strength in shoulders when i do chest.
