Just wanted to post a couple of pics of a guy that I hepled with the Masters Nationals. He was a pleasure to work with and a good guy. This is his second year at competing and is 44 years old. With a little more mass he should do well.

Yeah I did his whole prep. He is pretty knew to all this stuff so it was nice workingwith someone who had no clue. I mean that in a good way.

He does look GREAT. Like you say,,a little more mass and he looks complete.

Actually he ate a decent amount of carbs pretty much up to the show. He ate roughly 7 meals per day. The last week 8 to 9 per day. He was a good example of why you need to listen to someones body when you train them. It took me about 2 weeks to get to know how his body reacted to the food and then I went from there.
