First off, I want to say hello to MikeS, whom I had the pleasure of meeting at the Arnold Classic for the first time.....Very nice, knowledgeable bro for those of us who have not had the opportunity to get to know him personally. I enjoyed speaking with you at Team Legal Muscle, and of course bumping into you throughout the EXPO...Funny thing though,every time I bumped into him he was always checking out some fitness chicks...go figure! LOL

Also, to the other mods and admin here, you have a tremendous site and deserve to be congratulated.....For the members here, you have created a forum with its own distinct flavor and you deserve credit as well....In any regards, congrats on a great board!
