Lately when I train about halfway into my first workout i get a light headed and then slight dizzyness, and later on a upset stomach. The only time I ever got light headed was when I would do 1 rep max. I been working trough it, but today I got half way dont with my leg w/o and I felt like shit and called it a day. Dont know it im not breathing properly or what. Any toughts or comments will be apriciated.
