After getting massively sick bronchitis, pneumonia and strep throat 2x and being mostly (I'm dumb so I kept trying) out of the gym ...I'm back and focusing more on my health and not just getting so big. Going to start up a blast soon but right now just on 200mg cyp a week while I get everything figured out. Have been on a keto diet while for the last few weeks and focusing more on more taxing cardio the last few weeks. Trying to get down to a better more functional weight. At about 225 right now and have set goal at 200.
Any advice from you guys on ways to implement a healthier lifestyle alongside bodybuilding is extremely welcome.
