I don't know if its just me, but it looks like you have really brought your chest man up! Your looking very good. Have you done anything different for your chest this year? or has it just come up with everything else

My chest was definitely a weakness in the past, but it's coming up now. I haven't changed a thing about my training, it's just a matter of time and consistency. As you guys may know, I train using Mountain Dog training. The routines are different every single week, I haven't done the same routine in over two years. Lots of pressing in a variety of angles and rep ranges does the trick.

You look great

You have a tremendous amount of thickness but I think beyond that your lines really flow with the pose. In my opinion that is a substantial separator in a pose such as the side chest. It can sometimes be hard for the big guys to flow with this pose. The smaller guys can often flow with this pose but it can also really expose them. To make the side chest work in both symmetry and thickness is no easy undertaking. Kudos on a job well done (I even notice striations in your deltoids. An often overlooked attention to detail trick that can be done by flicking your elbow out while clutching your wrist.....very nice!). You definitely have been putting in your time and paying your dues. I predict you will soon be reaping what you have sowed my friend.
