Side effects to HGH

Hey guys I don't know much about HGH so any help would be greatly appreciated. Are there any side effects to only using 2-3 IU per day? Anyone have any good studies on the stuff you can post up? Anything that needs to be tested for, watched, or cautioned would also help.

All I could find for negative side effects of 2-3 IU per day was:

• slight hand tingle
• growth of nails and hair
• water retention ( which if you get good stuff is less relevant)

Depends on the person and the GH. For me at 5iu/day I get fluid retention in my ankles (being on my feet all day at work probably doesn't help), and the feeling of fluid retention in my hands. Not bad though, kind of like the feeling you get if you eat something really salty and wake up the next day and feel like your hands are swollen. Tolerable for sure.

My hair and nails have always grown fast no I haven't noticed much difference there. I had a little lethargy the first week or two but that subsided. Other than that, only good things.

You need to do blood work to see if your production is to low, if is not than don`t take it. How old are you? You can have negative side effect even with 3 IU. One possible side effect of taking the HGH injections is the pituitary gland becoming lazy. The injections provide the body with a full dose of human growth hormone so the pituitary gland will not need to release its own real HGH.

Also, if the injections are stopped abruptly the person may experience a "rebound effect" in which he loses the benefits he had gained and more. This is a result of the body being left without enough HGH, since the pituitary gland will have become lazy.

Here some of the side effect on high doze and long term of use:
Heart enlargement due to prolonged use of HGH, which can't be reversed
Low blood sugar
Elevated cholesterol levels
Excessive water retention in the body, leading to edema
Itching of the skin and numbness
Thyroid damage
Liver damage
Muscle and joint pain
Increased hunger
Extended belly
Carpal tunnel syndrome
Swelling and hardening of arteries
Prolonged exposure to HGH can increase the risk of Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
HGH injections can lead to increased risk of cancer.

Do you recommend younger guys to use peptides as it will boost their own natural production instead?

I do not recommend for young healthy people any peptides or any hormones, now if you one of those with low hormone productin than I would go see a specialist. Just eat healthy and exercise.

At 2iu I get a nice fat burning effect and some anti aging uses with little to no side effects to mention.

I was asking for my dad who is 42. Not me, I figured at the age of 42 2-3 IUs a day would be excellent for anti aging and fat loss properties. Although I didn't know if he would experience any negative side effects.
