Signs of High vs low estrogen

Hey guys

28 male
14% body fat

Running around 350mg test a week
Taking 6.25 mg aromasin ED

My sleep is horrible. I am getting bloods Monday but can you guys give me your experience with high and low estrogen?

High or low my dick doesnt work and have very low sex drive and sleep suffers on both sides of the spectrum.

Poor sleep
Tired, easily sleep all day, will fall asleep uncontrollably if sit down for more than 15 minutes
Fatigue
Zero motivation for anything
Weak
Less or no pump in gym
Muscle cramps/tension, tightness
Bloating, water retention
High blood pressure
Pee more, getting up in middle of night to pee
Irritability
No sex drive
Good night time wood, half mast during sex
Shrunken penis, shrunken ball sack.
Depression
Sore ankles, some aches in knees, forearm pain.

Been a long time since I've been high.

I tend to constantly run my e too low for fear of gyno. I went high e on my first cycle ever, bad moon face, e was up to 120, no gyno issues though, and all the fear mongering I've read time and time again about taking an ai and making sure to not go high has lead me to constantly being low and never getting dialed in but on that same note, seems ai doses that used to work for me dont anymore and end up crashing my e. I use aromasin.

At 350mg a week of test i would never take an AI for lowering estrogen. Honestly for i have to get to a gram before i use anything for lowering estrogen. Then its about 0.5mg arimadex twice a week. But everyone is different and many ppl need an AI when taking lower doses of test. My opinion is it sounds like you shut down your estrogen. But the smart thing to do is get bloodwork to know for sure. For me if my estrogen is high the main signs are sensitive/painful and/or itchy nipples plus ill start holding much more water than normal. If i over do an AI and shut down estrogen then life sucks. Dick stops working, no energy, dry/achy joints, and it all together ficks with my head. Plus it takes alittle time for me to get my estrogen back to normal. Best advice you'll get from anyone is go get bloodwork ASAP. Dont guess. But unlike some ppl i understand thats not always an immediate option.

Well you'll need blood to be accurate.. but my 2 cents is this. Your taking way too much aromasin for 350mgs.. everyone is different.. bug let me give you a example. I took 200mgs of test cyp a week.. I was close to 50 on the e2 reading.. I took 6.25 aromasin twice a week.. Tues friday.. 6 weeks later I had blood work two days after my aromasin. My reading was 15.. joints ached.. no sex drive.. aromasin is powerful. Dont let the short half life fool you.. many studies show that after one dose estrogen didnt return to baseline for close to 72 hours.. many dose aromasin 2 to 3 times a week.. I'm going to guess ( if your aromasin is real and properly dosed) you've tanked your e2.. go off all aromasin and reevaluate how you feel in two weeks or so..

When my estrogen gets too low my joints hurt very badly. Especially in my hips and knees

no way of knowing anything without bloodwork, and not much info here. if real info isnt an option try lowering the test a little and dropping the aromasin.

prob 350mg for just trt is a lil high. and with 200-250 mg test you wont really need any est control. let yourself normalize. in truth even these dose are a lil on the potentially hi side, just being realaistic though. lol
