We were talking at the gym today about the chore of eating. One guy was able to put down 400g of rice along with 225g chicken. That seems like a huge volume of food. I personally can do 200-250g no sweat. 300g rice starts to be a chore. How much volume rice can you handle before adding in other carbs that are easy to get down? I see Luki with like 12 rice cakes, oatmeal, apple... idk how you can fit that much food let alone chew all those rice cakes lol. Pineapple/mango I add. Some guys were talking about honey but that would mess with my energy too much.
