I loved your look domView attachment 246770At my biggest, was 500g per meal. 12oz meat per meal. Was overkill on the protein when I think back, but I was always a never ending pit. My mother dubbed me “human garbage can”, as no food went to waste in our household when I was a kid haha.
I can do 180g raw weight so I think that’s over 400g, it’s 140g carbs. We were talking at the gym today about the chore of eating. One guy was able to put down 400g of rice along with 225g chicken. That seems like a huge volume of food. I personally can do 200-250g no sweat. 300g rice starts to be a chore. How much volume rice can you handle before adding in other carbs that are easy to get down? I see Luki with like 12 rice cakes, oatmeal, apple... idk how you can fit that much food let alone chew all those rice cakes lol. Pineapple/mango I add. Some guys were talking about honey but that would mess with my energy too much.
Go to carbs when you just cant add more rice to a meal??
I thought of you Dave when I wrote this too. Another massive guy putting away massive food. It’s impressive and I definitely feel weak even asking about my meager 300gRight now ~150 raw weight Jasmine rice (about 400g cooked) is going down very easy a couple times per day, along with ~40g carbs from fruit and 50-100g vegetables.
Other meals are similar carb content from other sources (cream of rice, oats / sourdough, potatoes - always with fruit, too).
It's especially easy at the moment since I'm keeping protein way on the low side (300g total per day, which comes to like 5-6 oz. cooked meat per meal). But even with protein 30-50% higher, I find that pretty easy to get down.
I've always had a huge appetite, so thankfully it's never been a huge struggle to get the food down.
I was like this for some time, I’m starting to wonder how well I was processing food as it seems when I pull down calories my response to good gets better and I grow more while dropping water and even fat. Weird right. I always plateau around 100-105kg at like 6k calories and then when I drop to like 4K my progress increases in some ways, especially visuals. Log book increases get a bit less dramatic, but I think the actual muscle gain and true strength gains ignoring bloat and leverage may be even greater or at least equal.Like @luki7788 we weight it raw
High day 150-200g uncooked easy
I can eat everything in site and im not huge
700g carbs on last year diet , high day 1000g carbs yet only 95kg
Its the hardest part of the job. Eating.I thought of you Dave when I wrote this too. Another massive guy putting away massive food. It’s impressive and I definitely feel weak even asking about my meager 300g
I guess this serves as an example of why there are so few legitimately huge guys. The massive eating day after day week after week is a grind.
"at least" 1000g? 1000g is 325g of carbs. 1000g rice 3-4x a day is 8lbs of cooked rice, 1300g carbs and 5200cals.Cooked, 1000g at least. It doesnt matter how much rice I eat, I love that shit. Preworkout, like 2-3 hrs before I eat rice, honey, and blueberries. It's really good.
Who said I eat thay 3-4x a day?"at least" 1000g? 1000g is 325g of carbs. 1000g rice 3-4x a day is 8lbs of cooked rice, 1300g carbs and 5200cals.
That is what you eat in a day? You must be pretty fucking big...
I am not talking about a single Joey Chestnut eating challenge. I was trying to gauge what volume of rice people can handle before it gets to be too much and they. need to add fruit, COR, English muffin, rice cake, honey, etc. And it seems there are quite a few SHW that are eating in the 400-600g range regularly.
Yeah just took a look at my current meal plan. 4 meals per day. Meal 2, has 250g. Meal 3, has 280. Preworkout is 3 rice crispy treats. Meal 4 is 300g. Not sure why that is crazy at all"at least" 1000g? 1000g is 325g of carbs. 1000g rice 3-4x a day is 8lbs of cooked rice, 1300g carbs and 5200cals.
