Simple Crockpot recipes?

One of my favorite easy meals is in a crockpot-4lbs beef roast with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup poured over the top with a can of water and then put it on low. It isn't low fat lol but it is awesome.

Fajitas
Cut up flank steak
Lime juice
Cayenne pepper
Can of green. Chilies
Stewed tomatoes
1 onion
Low salt beef bullion cube
2 cups of water
Set on low it takes about 6hrs on high 2.5 to 3
I use flour tortilla with mozzarella cheese guacomole lettuce ect to top them

Hmm a crock pot makes this the most convenient formula ever. It has become a frequent family preferred. So much so, that I was asked for to carry it to Xmas Eve supper. I usually use remaining boneless meat brief bones.

Thin cut steak and diced tomatoes. I like to sear the steak on a frying pan with olive oil and garlic, then throw it in the crockpot with two cans of diced tomatoes (I like the Italian style but plain would work too) and cook on low for 2-5 hours. This is awesome for cheap steak because the tomatoes make them really tender.
