I haven’t been on this site in forever…over the past 3 years, I’ve let myself get completely out of shape as I went into business for myself and have been building the company.
Anyway, I’ve kept up with my TRT regiment expect my doctor also prescribes Deca and decided not to use it b/c I didn’t really see the benefit of doing so if I wasn’t even going to the gym. Therefore, I’ve got a shit ton of pharma-grade Deca and I don’t know what to do with it.
I’m about to start hitting the gym, but really have no desire to workout like a meathead any longer – I just want to lose weight, keep some lean muscle and focus on being healthy (strengthen my core, do things that make me more mobile, functional, etc. as I start to get older). I’m going to incorporate a lot of stretching, probably some restorative yoga, etc.
I know saying I want to “focus on being healthy” I kind of an oxymoron with what I’m about to ask next, but I figured I might as well kick start things with a 2 or 3-month cycle. I have the Test and Deca, but not sure what to combine them with and at what dosage for how long. I know Deca makes you retain water, so not the ideal component to use, but as I said, I’m just looking for something simple I can do for a few months to help me get going.
Forgive me, I’m sure if I searched around for a few hours I could piece together the answers to my questions, but I honestly don’t have the time…I had a little bit of time between my lunch meeting and my 2 o’clock to crank out this post.
Any suggestions you guys could provide would be greatly appreciated.
