It may to a small degree but I would disagree with the idea that since it's like nandrolone that it necessarily has all of nandrolone's effects. Trenbolone does not aid joint health and it's based on nandrolone. Tons of examples of drugs that do not share all the characteristics of the compound it was derived from.
It does. I ran 5 to 10 miles per day every day this week.. all miles on concrete, asphalt, or some hard surface. Knees feel fine.. I also lifted lower body, upper... all joints are fine.
Although today I'm feeling it after a 10mile trek on the beach boardwalk last night.
I just weighed in at 260. Even for my height that'd heavier than Gen pop. So my knees should be feeling it.. they are not. Could be conditioning. But I do notice once I started back on the trest my joints and recovery are all feeling good
