Please share pics/videos and tricks and tips. On the forum I've seen guys doing these with the Prime Fitness handles but I couldn't find any examples when searching the web.

Very much appreciate to everyone who contributes.

I do that exercise with the angles90 grips. Saw Paul carter doing them in a video on his IG. Here’s the setup. You would just do it 1 handed

You're facing towards the machine and the idea is to bring your elbow in. I also like getting a great paused stretch at the top of each rep on the last working set

Not to be pedantic, but the cue is to bring the elbow down, not in.

If you check out N1 education on social media you’ll see 8 million videos of it.

We need to make this thread all about different variations and creative ways we are doing things. This shit just motivated me.

There’s a whole thread elvia started called best exercises for each bodypart that had some gems in it. And I posted one on useful training tools

i feel like its just a vertical variation of a dc row... very trendy on social media rn

Yep, so do both 😁 They work quite well, I incorporate both into my back width work. One of the few exercises that leaves me consistently, brutally sore in my lats. I like doing them at the end of back width and really grind them out, concentrating on the stretch at the top of every rep, as well
