oh and dont be afraid of using quite a lot of flonase etc in order to get in turbinates down. I was buying the 5 back of kirkland brand on amazon for like 23 bucks and using 8 sprays a day. After a few days i could scale back.
Once your turbinates go down then your max sinuses can start to drain normally. its a terrible cycle of obstruction.
If flonase is not working then try the azelastine. That works even better especially if your issue is allergic and not just rebound for afrin abuse.

If its allergies also make sure you have a good air filter at home. I keep one in my home office and in the bedroom running all the time and keep the dogs out of those rooms.
