bet if I was a white trash meth head or some ghetto trash on welfare the damn doctors would prescribe me every sinus medicine you could think of

they keep saying I can't prescibe you shit but you need to go to a regular doctor and he needs to send you to a specialist and "oh you don't have insurance? well it's gonna be expensive for someone to write their name on a piece of paper so you can get medicine so you can get oxygen in your system..."

that's the what you get for paying your taxes, now if you never worked you get rewarded by free medical insurance:headbang:

Not sure if anyone has said this or not..but try a neti pot a few times a day, and yes I know its OTC...

BUT... My sinus's are probably just as bad as yours. I live off afrin, have a blockage on my right sinus that needs surgery, and take clariton D multiple times a day so I can Breath...

The first time I tried the neti pot I was a big skeptic...but after using it once, I felt my ears pop. the first day I used it 7x...and then slowly worked down to 2x per week now. I swear I know its OTC..but its the best thing I have ever used for my sinus. I could even taste things again... now in order to get off my afrin problem, I crushed up prednisone and put some in a afrin bottle and snorted that a few times a day to keep the swelling down, and used neti pot... few days of shit..but worked wonders compared to other attemps I have made.

Just saw this bro... did you use the netti pot when your sinus was clogged? if so that will force water into your ears.

If your going to use the netti pot..use it after you have opened yourself up with afrin. this will allow the water to flow out the other side of the sinus. Also sounds like you have a major afrin addiction (hence why it only works for short periods of time) I say this, because when my afrin habit gets bad, I works less and less long.

Regular allegra isn't going to help. You should try Allegra-D and then get some Nasonex. You can get Allegra-D al WalMart and google Nasonex and you will find an online pharmacy where you can purchase without a script.

Get a neli med, its a bottle squirter vs the pot that uses gravitiy.

Also you don't need afrin wth the neli med.

And to the OP, you have to blow the water out through your nose. Why wouldn't you?

Rinsing daily and using neosporin in the nostrils when their dry will keep you medicine free.

I like the Aleve Sinus tabs. The one you have to show your ID for. Only one that will completely take my headache away.

Every couple of years when it gets really bad I just take a week of antibiotics with it. God i hate when the weather changes.......its even bad here in the desert.

actually no, you can count on one hand how many times I use Afrin in a 6 month time span because it doesn't help too much...

right now it's the ears that are killing me

oh and yes I did use the neti pot when my sinuses where clogged-which I guess explains the swimmers ear...why don't they tell you this on the instructions?
