I couldn't help but notice the big 'bee sting' here. His quad flare always looked crazy but in previous years he never had any 'stings' like that.
An interesting technique, for sure. I remember Ernie Taylor shot up his teardrops one year and it looked terrible.

Dont you use it in your arms? For a while now? ...I personally think arms are ok but not legs.........I know, double standard


I agree... best used in smaller body parts... arms, calves.

He's really good at it, if that's what he is doing. This is the first year I ever saw a 'sting'.
 
No offense to anyone but i don't understand the need for this? for me that is part of the challenge in bodybuilding, to find ways to build and "balance" out the body, trying to bring up weak bodyparts is a challenge in the gym to me, shooting oil in bodyparts is no challenge what so ever. Now if your in a hurry then sure do what you gotta do, but ROME wasn't built in a day either.

My understanding of SEO was that you needed to put it several places in the quads? That looks like an infected injection site to me...

If you gave an untrained indvidual (no exercise, no special diet) some SEO shots, how would it look? (probably not too cool)

Now if you gave some the same individual some AAS, wouldn't you expect to see some decent results (increased muscle mass, fat loss), even if they continued with their crappy diet and not working out? (yes, studies show it)

So which "shortcut" is "worse"?

I understand both sides of the coin, just making conversation :)

I don't think there is much that is "wrong" in BB. How can you say what one guy does is worse than what you do? With that said, I will never use SEO
