This year wasn't happy with the offseason condition which resulted in my condition this year. I'll see what happens but I have my work cut out for me.

Next year will make some changes to get 295lbs but much, much leaner. I got way to fat this year and had a 42" waist. I'm currently down to a 34" waist, with a bit over six weeks to go.

Jerry I need you to hook me up on your offseason diet. You got big but kept a small waist. Which is what I want.

I guess I have to lay off the KFC during the offseason:eek:

Hey what's up big guy. I remember you from Meso. I'll be back over there soon. This year I'm looking to compete around the low 230s. I'm currently 245lbs. I have five weeks and five days left.

I got up to 282lbs. Next year I'm shooting for 295lbs but much better shape than I was this year offseason. Hit me up at

No I'm doing the Midwest Iron Man here in Chicago. Hopefully in 2008 I'll be doing the USA or Nationals. Not ready yet. Need more size and better condition. I'll get it going next year's offseason.

nute you look good,, ill tell you what you already know, you got your work cut out for you and as we all see, getting fat isnt the best offseason way, far better to stay lean, it works for your favor in the end, no matter the gh, slin, or the other drugs if someone is taking them, diet is the most critical in the offseason, now I have personally seen it on myself, others like you see it now too, keep us updated

Also guys, I'm starting to flatten out a bit. Hard to get good pumps. I'm five weeks and four days out. I'm thinking about dropping the T3 as I'm doing 2 tabs a day.

It helped gettin' most of the fat off but I think I need to get the remaining from cardio, dieting, GH, and clen.

What can I do to get that pump back? Should I increase my carbs? Doing around 250grams right now. Or should I add some creatine? Once after working out and once before bed with my proteins?

PS, this prep is a fight. Feel like I'm scheduled for 15 rounds.
 
i wouldnt worry too much about the pump now. you just gotta get peeled. your pump will come after you carb up before the show.

good changes in the last two weeks nute! lower back is still holding some fat, but in four weeks you ought to be sliced! good luck bro!
 
Trying to get the fat off lower back

Trying to get that lower back fat and some other areas. Down to four weeks and two days so I'm working it. Lots of cardio.

Took these today. Around 244lbs.

Not sure but could I inject GH in the lower back? Just thinking out loud. The extra fat from the fat I gained during the offseason.
