sixstar whey protein

does anyone use this sixstar whey protein you can pick up at wal-mart. i just started using it a few weeks ago. would anyone recommend using this brand or no?

Ive used it before if I am not mistaken its made by muscle tech? Muscle tech has failed alot of label claims in regards to nutritional value during testing. Its a decent product though. Its not going to be dextrose, but also not accurately measured out in regards to grams of protein per serving.

Companies like true protein would be the best, but to be honest I just use optimum nutrition and order from bodybuilding.com they seem to do pretty good on label claims and independant testing.

6-star causes me a lot of GI distress, bloat, gas, etc...

I personally think it's junk! ON is good. I use a new whey from MetRx right now and it seems good.

Six star works ok for me....although I'm sure true protein is much better...in a pinch it's easier for me to run to walmart than order online....but I would prefer TP if I could ever remeber to order BEFORE I run out

i do bloat a lil but not bad. bowel movements are solid so no problem there but i'd like to be getting in what they say is in each scoop. one of my buds was telling me he uses some whey from rite-aid drug store but couldnt remember what it was called.
