Ok...whats with the current trend of woman in the media being bone thin??? To me thats just plain nasty. Now me personaly I like a woman with a little muscle tone to her and not super skinny. On the flip side to that I don't like woman who are huge (fat) either. There has to be a happy medium. I thought I'd post this on here to see what you guys thought. Ok guys...lets here it.

I think there is huge public resentment of the stick girl. I think its reached its' apex about 6 months ago

Thin is always going to be in, as it should, but the emaciated, anorexic, concentration camp survivor look is gonna go soon.

This is one of those hollywood attempts to tell us what is sexy.

Equally disturbing is the tendency of hollywood to try to tell the girls that stick boys are hot. Dudes with 13" arms and nice "brady bunch" hair where being "cut" with no mass is cool. Being 5' 8" and 150 lbs is just fine as long as you have a six pack.

Women are more vulnerable to hollywoods suggestions, and in their attempt to "demasculinize" society the muscle dude is a target... watch out..

I agree. They had a pic in a recent magazine with Matthew McConaey, and justin timberlake and one other guy shirtless. Cleary Matthew was in the best conditioning. Lean and had some ok size. Timberlake was soft and holding water. It looked like he ran a M1T cycle or something.

I suppose it's a good thing I've always been a nonconformist and never wanted to look like bean pole.....and I just cringe at the skinny. I was looking at one of those gossip mags the other day and I saw a current pic of Heather Locklear. She was SUPER hot when she had the young thing going on, but now her arms just look floppy and skinny.......skinny-fat syndrome......urg......she fell into the trap....

I agree with the skinny guy statement here too. They're everywhere and my daughter really goes for them (I'm 35). Her bf is 6-6'1 and probably 180 lbs.......yuk! He's lean as hell, but ...... YUK!!!!!


....if he's 5' 8 " - about 205 - 215 is a good weight IMO - no more than 10% tho....

okay now that I'm done splitting my abs laughing, I can say, I like the petite ones. 5'2-4, 100-110 lbs. But then again, I've dated 5'10 girls as well that were really hot. A lot depends on the girl.
