Hey i just joined this great forum so this is my first post!
I'm 24 , weight 171 lbs , 187 cm(6,1") tall , slim build.
I've been going to the gym for a month now 4 days a week. 1 hour per day.
2 days I do my arms and on the 3rd I do legs. I've been eating a bit more and taking this protein shake called carnivor everyday I workout.
I've been working out on different machines not weight lifting though. I tried lifting this bar from the ground, made like 30 reps and my back still hurts so I'm staying away of it.
The thing is I'm staring to accumulate belly fat. I hate it, what am I doing wrong? I also want to get a 6 pack but the trainer at the gym says I shouldn't worry about that for now -_- I don't really trust him that much.
Any help would be appreciated.
