I'm doing some bills on the computer and what not so I start playing Skip's "DVD" in the background... I had to laugh when he made a VERY practical point during his leg press portion (one which I personally experienced which made it so funny)
He talks about he "tucks" his gum in his mouth so he doesn't choke on it during a leg movement... I remember years ago squatting while chewing gum, after several reps and breathing heavy I paused at the top for a couple seconds to catch my breath and sure enough... SWOOP! Down went the gum into my bronchus! Not in the back of the throat mind you, the bronchus, I could feel it right in the middle of my chest! Thankfully, what was really probably not even a second, I coughed that sucker up so fast before I could choke on it for good!
haha, as the saying goes, "God protects the stupid".... I sure need a lot it sometimes!
