I sleep soooooooo bad. I train at 6:30pm so after I train I take 2 kava kava and smoke a bowl. Then about an hour before bed I do 2 melatonin and 2 Benadryl and it puts me down without being too sleepy the next morning
Definitely melatonin. I take 10mg on days that I have to sleep for work. Another good thing I used was DSIP. Delta Sleep Inducing Peptide. It doesn't knock you out but helps you stay asleep. Also 1000mcg of Ipamorelin helped me sleep great and the recovery was amazing. That's just some of its benefits. Nerve pain is the absolute worst. I can relate. I would get on some Life Extension Super bio curcumin or something similar to help with inflammation. It obviously didn't take my pain away completely but if certainly made a difference. Someone mentioned Kratom. Kratom is great for pain and sleep but you should only take it when you need it and not over do it. Hope you find some relief bro.
