Where’d you get it. Yea the CPap takes about 1-2 weeks then you don’t want to sleep without it but it’s a hassle for naps and on planes. I figured a mouth piece would be harder to get used to but better than nothing in a nap. Also there are different CPAP attachments like I CANNOT use nasal pillows I could not at all, got the nose cover watches you tube on how to hack the clinical settings and lowered my pressure and that did the trick after awhile I bumped it up and I avg .08 events per hour which it still pushes air thru so you don’t stop breathing so really it’s no events. Maybe you could combine the two unless it opens ur mouth. Sliding your jaw forward sounds uncomfortable but if it works hey it works !!!
