I think it's cool to miss a training day once in a while. But generally unless I've got a bad case of the shits and I'm puking I won't miss a day. I regret the times I played hooky.
Same. Bizarre thing is I'm always strongest after a 12 hour night shift and 5 hours sleep. Feel like shit but always get my numbers. Trained with really bad man flu a few weeks back and hit pb on almost everything. Felt like i was going to die but fuck it. I ain't missed a workout in over a year. I train hit and only 3 x a week no cardio. I can get away with this indefinitely so long as nutrition is good
