So a lot of us seem to have problems falling asleep, take some ZMA or Melatonin are usually prescribed for this problem. My problem is even if I take one or the other I still have the problem of getting comfortable in bed. I think having broad shoulders may be the reason for this. I can not sleep on my side or back, I always end up falling asleep on my stomach after a lot of tossing and turning. Recently I purchased a tempurpedic mattress hoping this would help me find that comfortable position. With the mattress I also bought the pillows. Though extremely comfortable when laying down, I still can't find that sweet spot. I sleep in a king size bed by myself (most nights ) and I stay sleep on one side of the bed. I wake up the most awkward postitions sometimes and wake up with pumps in my shoulders and traps.
For you bigger guys, is this a common problem? Do you guys have some tricks I don't know about to help me get comfortable?
