I was getting restless sleep on tirz, from my last meal still digesting and then just sitting there.
I also think I was waking up earlier due to low blood sugar or something.
This started to be noticeable around 6mg for me.
As I've gotten older I refuse to put up with side effects that interfere with the quality of my life. Life is too short to feel like garbage. I know it's not popular in the world of mega dosing but I use 'micro' dose amounts of almost everything to avoid side effects. Tirz I ran at 0.5mg week. I dropped weight slowly, killed my evening binge eating cravings and it didn't effect my sleep, digestion or training. As a bodybuilder when u start losing sleep, can't eat right, and it screws up your training, you're going backwards.
