Slender 6'3" frame athlete WR frame. How much weight can my frame support naturally?
I'm curious as to how much weight I can get up to/ put on naturally before aas. I'm 21 6'3" and 185. I'm an athletic body type and without taking diet too serious I stay at 185. I am lean w a 6 pack all year long. I have small calves and I hate it. I feel like if I had some nice calves if stay at 190.lol
I'd love to get up to 200-210 but how can you tell what is a feasible goal? Anyone know what is possible being all natural? I would think that as tall as I am it would be possible but I've just always been slender so am I just doomed to be sub 200 pounds?
