Slender 6'3" frame athlete WR frame. How much weight can my frame support naturally?

I'm curious as to how much weight I can get up to/ put on naturally before aas. I'm 21 6'3" and 185. I'm an athletic body type and without taking diet too serious I stay at 185. I am lean w a 6 pack all year long. I have small calves and I hate it. I feel like if I had some nice calves if stay at 190.lol
I'd love to get up to 200-210 but how can you tell what is a feasible goal? Anyone know what is possible being all natural? I would think that as tall as I am it would be possible but I've just always been slender so am I just doomed to be sub 200 pounds?

I got up to 6'2'' 200 naturally. Could have maybe pushed for 5 more pounds if I stuck it out and had everything perfect. I'd say 210 is probably a good guess for you.
 
Thanks for your input. I would think I could get up to 200 but I was looking for some peoples input. I'm not a frail/feminine framed 6'3 guy but also not a huge frame either.
Thanks any input. Been wondering what is even feasible for me for awhile now. With what I do for my diet now I've been stuck at 185 for awhile. I eat healthy but I do not meal prep, count calories, protein, fats or carbs. I just eat right now till I'm full basically

I figured a trainer or dietician type person that is used to seeing different body's would know a pretty close guesstimate.

at 6'6 in high school i was around 230 with abs all natty just depends on ur genetics before i hit the dark side i was in the 260 area at 13-14% in college
 
Ya that's freak. I was a scholarship offered track guy and ran a 4.44 40yd dash. So I was built for speed I suppose and not strength. But I do hope I can be over 200lbs

That's so subjective it's almost impossible to say. I went from 6 ft and 145 pounds to 219 at a relatively lean bodyweight in about 8 years without any AAS.
 
At 6'3" I dont see any reason why you could not achieve 200 plus pounds at a decent bodyfat. It might take some time and it will definitely take some hard work,consitency,and a shitload of food. But definitely attainable.
 
My buddy is 6 3' natty and lifting for couple years and 220. I say that's very obtainable.He looks morel like a tall baseball player not bodybuilder at all.
 
You got a lot of room on a 6'3" frame. I think you'll be surprised at how much bodyweight you can put on it naturally. The problem is it'll be a long time before you look very muscular because 220 on 6'3" is nothing like 220 on 5'9". Youll have to carry a lot more muscle just to look as big

It all depends on your genetics man, I know you've heard this a thousand times but its the truth. I joined a gym in jan of 2008, at 6'2 165 lbs, wrestled and ran track in high school. 2 1/2 years later I was 245 with visable abs and all natural. The key was my genetics, none of the men in my family is under 225 or under 6ft. My dad and brother were always big, I was tall but not big by any means, I started not only working out but powerlifting too, and always incorporated the big 3. Bench, squat, deadlift. Most importantly, I learned how to stuff my face lol. Everyone's genes are different but I truly don't think people use compound lifts and food the way they need to. If your trying to put on size, ditch the curls and crunches and hell even the bench press. Get good, and I mean really good at squats and Deadlifts and eat, eat, eat. The size will come.

220 lean should be easily attainable with proper nutrition and vigorous workouts.
