So im thinking of using 10iu slin for the first time, i guess 10iu after workout is best, also log? as its quick, but how would u actually do it? 25-50g of protein + 100g of quick carbs?
No no you begin at 4-5 iu then go up by 1 until ten so you can safely monitor yourself . You really need to research far more info . There is some great info on a site calked " basskilleronline " has a good beginner schedule but know you need to understand how to feed yourself , have either sugar wafers in hand or OJ etc be obsessed with the timing of feeding , know potential risks and signs . Yes it's the most anabolic substance that has created all the freaks of this generation but people can DIE instantly and that is not to be taken lightly
