ok just tried a slin for first time 1/2ml of prop in my tricep man that was to easy. i have 29g 1/2 and it flowed good. what are the best spots to try? not super lean so take that into consideration on spots.

You can pin anywhere, people claim that insulin and some peptides are spot growth specific but once you inject sub q it gets in your bloodstream and is pumped throughout your whole body. Maybe if you pinned during a set it would have any affect but let's see someone try that.
