Slin size for hgh 5/16 ok?

Old issue i know but all the info iv found is so old im not sure what to believe now. I shoot my hgh in my delts with a 5/16 inch slin, is this ok? I tolerate it better than the stomach injections. Any new info or experience here would be appreciated thanks guys

I used humulin R in the past, and always preferred IM injections to bring the peak on faster.
