Hey guys - I am new to this forum but would like to comment on what an awesome and informative forum this is (certainly the best i've come accross).
PLEASE, only slin users (past or present) advise on this post. No internet guru's with a wealth of untested, untried information please.
OK, so here goes. I am a competitive BB (for 4 years now), used a fairly wide range of gear throughout the process and have added on a decent amount of muscle over this period. I am going to be using insulin for the first time and have a few questions or issues that need clarifying as their is SO MUCH conflicting information out there that you actually dont know what to believe. SO, i am turning to you guys, the actual guys who have used the stuff to guide me here and advise accordingly.
I train first thing in the morning (05h00) which consists of 20-40min low intensity cardio followed by 45-60m intense weight training.
My current body weight is 84.00kg (185lbs) @ 6% Body Fat.
I am currently pre-contest and therefor my calories & ratio's are skewed but once completed I will revert to the following diet.
I am looking at consuming 3000 calories per day at a split of 34% Protein, 52% Carbs and 14% Fat. I can / will look at increasing calories once my body adapts and see how it responds.
I am prepared to put on SOME fat during this use but certainly do not want to get FAT by any means. Please critique and advise on the following plan looking mainly at my first 3 meals of the day. Here goes:
04h30 - Wake Up
04h40 - Cup Coffee, ECA
04h50 - Pre Workout Shake (20g Whey, 38g Carbs)
Currently that consists of maltosdextose and a small apple. Should I look at Glucose as well??
05h00 - 06h30 Cardio & Weight Training
06h30 - 10iu Slin (start at 5iu and work up to 10iu)
06h30 - Post Workout shake (36g Whey, 80g Carbs)
Is the protein enough with slin?? and what type of carbs are best here - maltosedetrose or glucose or fructose or a combination??
07h00 - 500mg HCA
08h30 - Breakfast consisting of 38g protein and 62g Carbs (mostly complex)
I then split the remaining calories into the meals for the rest of the day.
My questions are:
1. Am i going to get fat on the above
2. Does anyone have any other suggestions or advise accordingly.
Gear - i will be using GH.
