Agreed. In my log boom I only keep account of which band I used on an exercise, and how I set the band up. That way it’s always the same when I set it up. The numbers don’t matter, the effort does along with consistency. I don’t count barbell weight either when I enter my logbook. It’s just easier math to track the plate weight.the "poundage" on bands is completely different based on how the band is set up (choked, double choked, doubled) and what exercise... a light band (orange) can be 15lbs on one exercise and 65lbs on another. Unless you are training conjugate does it really matter the exact tension in pounds barring it is consistent and appropriate for strength curve?
