Small Dosages????

So, I have been reading a lot about cycles and suggested dosages. I am a natural guy and have no experience with any cycles, so this is all from reading opinions from people I would consider vets and some of their opinions.

Reasons for a smaller dosage cycle:

- You can still get good gains on low dosages

- Less side effects

- Crash won't be as strong

I have also read where some think doing shorter cycles with high dosages is the way to go because you body is not going without producing it's on Test for as long as a period of time.

My question would be this: How much muscle can the body really build in a relatively short period of time (10-16 weeks)? I mean even with Super Supplements is there a limit to how much muscle could really be produced??? And if so, does it make more logical sense to do low dosage, longer cycles to give the body longer to build muscle? If the body holds the muscle for an extra 4 weeks before you come off cycle are you more likely to keep your gains?

These are just a few things that when I read about cycles and bodybuilding, I think about. Seems like this is a good place for people to get some valued opinions on the topic at hand.

If you start with higher dosages you are losing all the gains you could get from the smaller ones especially if you have never used before your receptors will be ready. I would start low and go that way. Dont rush it though let it work..
 
IMO, when you first learn to drive you wouldn't hop in a ferrari (well at least it wouldn't be wise lol) same princable, start slow and work your way up to keep gains coming. just my 2 cent tho :D
 
My first cycle was 400mg deca/wk and 10mg d-bol/ed. I went from 170lb-215lb in 7-8 weeks. I believe diet played a very important role.I started my diet 1 month before my cycle just to be sure I could manage it. In that month I went from 160-170lb. When I went off I went down to 205lb. Looked great.

So I believe low dose is all you need on your first cycle. Just be sure your diet is dialed in.
 
Depends how well your body responds. Also, depends how well you have your diet, training, and proper recovery aligned. No one can tell you how much you will gain, but if you have all the different aspects of body building in place and years behind your belt of solid training...well great gains can come from taking proper action on all principles. All within means of your genetic potential. Again, be smart and healthy about bodybuilding because it should be life building as well. Nothing can replace discipline, but you already know that.

I was doing 1000 mgs sust, 500 mgs deca, 500 mgs eq a week. I cut my doses in half and didn't notice any difference in gains or strength. For me more is not better.
