So I'm trying to go lowish carb cutting for summer, about 100 g on off days 200-250 on training days.
So when you're being careful with your carbs do you include fiber or not?
When most of my carbs are brown rice, sweet potatos, pinto beans, etc. sometimes 100g of carbs is about 20g of fiber. What do you recommend?
