What's the least amount of aas you've used over a period of time and still achieved results that you were happy with?
 
150mg test every 3 days 4 iu growth 100mcg T4 and 25mg provi

Been on that for about 3 months now
5'4" at 203 lbs

I've been training long enough / solidified gains enough that I look good on extended cruises of 150/wk as long as I'm not being sloppy with my diet. Don't have the round "on" look, but still good by anybody's standards.
 
150mg Test a week for 2 years with diet and cardio on point. As Bieberhole mentioned I wasn't as vascular or round as I am with even a little bit of Mast in the mix.
 
I have 25 years of muscle memory and yes, i believe in that. I can not workout for 2 months and within 2 weeks i look great. Im on 200mg of TRT each week and look the best i have ever looked (Not the biggest but the best).
 
It's safe to say diet and training need to be consistent. Being on TRT at 160mg aweek, and still having bloods to gauge where I should be, I'm using this time to see if I can still achieve a physique I'm happy with on a healthier dosage.
 
Love hearing these responses. Im on 250mg per week with 3iu -4iu meditronin daily for several months now snd Haven't missed beat and actually feel really healthy. Doubt I'll ever blast again. I do agree with the above once you got the muscle and have held it for awhile is very easy to maintain on minimal doses.
 
250 test every 6 days. Not the "fullest" look but i feel good. Yes, muscle maturity does help alot.

I recently competed (picture shown) on under 600mg total per week.

I had run 125mg of test since January. Then i started to diet for 6 weeks for holiday. I upped test to 200mg and put in 300mg primo.

After 3 weeks of dieting i could tell i was getting fairly lean, so i took the test out and decided i will try and go for a show

The last 10 days i done

300mg primo p/w
20mg winstrol p/d

Last 5 days i took primo out and added in halo at 10mg per day

I finished 3rd in a 12 man show

Personally i feel if you're lean you can make gains on very very minimal gear

Same here. Ill never go higher again either probably...

Some anavar and Masteron thrown in but thats about it.

Big believer in this. I went off of TRT and a year later I think I still held my own against most people in my gym and I wasn't even lifting. Just have to pay more attention to diet.

Now that I am working out again...I'm seeing changes on a daily basis.

To build muscle takes time, keep lifting, take your time, don`t skip workouts, lift heavy but not to heavy, keep 12 to 15 reps, save your ligaments and joints for later when you will be older. When you blast don`t blast more than 8 week.
 
Maintaining 250lbs on 400mg test/week and 3iu gh/day. Very happy with the look, I did loose about 15lbs of "fullness" coming from a real cycle but its only noticeable to me and no one else. Diet, training and cardio all very good.

But I do think this is only possible because I've used higher doses to build the muscle

I will drop the test dose down to 250mg/week by the end of the year.

It's easy to look good on very little but you would have had to use higher doses before that in order for that to happen. I can look good on trt but if I never used high doses before, I wouldn't look as good on trt.

Muscle memory is real. I once put 35lbs of muscle back on that I lost in four weeks.
 
ANYONE can look great on TRT, that is a fact.

Two things stop them.
1. Thinking that if they drop down to TRT doses that they'll lose everything. This is just a mental thing guys have to fight.
2. Knowing that in order to look great on a lower dose, you NEED to keep your diet in check. You don't have as much leeway on lower doses..

I've stayed on 200mg Sust for 5 months now and maintain 250 prettttty damn easy,
 
I can maintain well on 150mg test. I lose fullness but lot's of water can drop off so to some I may look even better. On cycle I am simply bigger and fuller all over. Although I never run those doses for more than 3 months ever so I can't say I would be the same after 2 years of 150mg but I think I would be very similar. I also can maintain most of my weight/look on relatively low calories and doses. I would have to come off everything to start melting which has happened in the past but I still looked lean and fit and what ordinary people think looks good... we obviously don't :eek::D
