Like if I didn't do barbell squats I was a pussy or if I didn't do deads I was a pussy or barbell benches, etc.
However, for the last year I have been doing various things with different rep ranges and I haven't lost size or strength doing the "pussy workouts"...
In fact my legs look much better from doing smith squats than they do when I primarily barbell squat. Those are just my experiences. I am a taller guy too.
