what do u guys snack on between meals or later in the evening like after 8 pm. I have been snacking on PB, organic trail mix, organic fruits and once in a while I'll steal some of my sons cereal, lol...i need some new idea's, been craving food later on during the eve. lately. Thanks brothers.
 
Dutch chocolate isopure with fat free milk, taste like a yahoo but great protein powder.
 
Couple things i like
beef jerky
almonds and mixed nuts
greek yogurt
those banana flavored snacks for kids
a small apple(really decreases my appetite)
peanut butter(have to be careful not to over eat)
kashi cereal with unsweetened almond milk
homemade trail mix(with dried berries, walnuts, cashews, pecans, peanuts, almonds and sunflower seeds)
artic zero ice cream 150kcals per pint
 
Try hardboiled eggs, jerky, homeade protein bars (protein powder, peanut butter, oats, crushed almonds, coconut oil, honey, small dark chocolate chips, or what ever else you like in them). After 8 I like to stick to cottage cheese, yogurt, nets, and a few raw vegtables like snap peas or asparagus.
 
usually between meals ill have fruit or a hand full of almonds or all natural peanut butter but after 8 ill eat an actual meal sometimes some baked chicken and steamed veg
 
I have been really digging soy beans lately.....sooo good

I was actually amazed at the amount of fiber and protien they have including all the beneficial vitamins.

I like skittles or lemonheads...If I want to change it up I go for the sour gummie worms they curve a craving like a charm.
 
Snacks- Nuts, fruits, Greek Yogurt and I add in oatmeal with flaxseed. Other then those snacks, I try not to. Damn Mary Jane makes it hard though.
 
Oh yes, she makes it really hard. Thats why my pantry probably has the most boring selection of food. But for some reason I always go there and look hoping to find some secret twinky or left over bag of chips from a cheat day??
 
I use beef jerkey, almonds, protein bars and shakes. Whatever is leftover from dinner, etc.
 
I just had a 3 oz. bag of Cheese-It's from the vending machine at work and plain greek yogurt with 1 scoop of vanilla protein mixed in.

Macros were 50 P, 60 C, and 22 F.
 
low fat string cheese is another one i like
ussually between 2.5-3 grams fat and 6-8 grams protein per peice depending on brand. you can eat 5-6 of those and get a pretty good snack
 
If you ask Jrod what he wants to eat, he'll say, "pussy and grits, but I'm not that worried about the grits." :D

On a serious note, Diet Coke is my weakness in between meals, probably not the best idea. :/
 
Cottage cheese, vanilla lba's and almonds! Yum
 
i like the jerky, nuts, HB eggs and protein bars. anyone eat carob rasins?
 
Goldfish crackers, a fiber one bar, 3 raw eggs, and sugar free chocolate pudding round out my snacks during an average weekday...weekends I don't snack much...
 
Yah the diet cherry pepsi's are a weakness too. But on a real note, power butter and these puddings that have 30g of protein. Forget the name of them. But honestly, last thing im thinking about when im not eating is eating. I eat so much the last thing I want to do is snack :/
 
Pop Tarts. Any flavor, but I prefer the berries.
 
One scoop chololate casine protein little bit of stevia for sweetness , mic with just enough water to make thick like cake batter and spread that on a chololate rice cake
25g protein , 12g carbs , no fat.
Its pretty filling and last for a while , curbs a sweet tooth
