I'll tell ya' JT, snow in pictures is one of the prettiest things....breathtaking at times! But I don't think I could ever live in such a frozen tundra. I feel for ya' man....I'm a native Californian. I just couldn't handle the seasonal extremes of living else where!!!

I love training at my house! I am dreading the 4.5 hour drive back to that frozen shithole where I work. My mom keeps texting me saying, "Are you going back to work?"

Bio-I just went out to start my truck because it's cold as hell.

I am all sweaty from doing legs and it was COLD outside! Yeah, man, I am OVER this winter crap. Really over it. I envy your weather.

I started with lunges today. Sort of reversed the order of exercises, just to keep from being bored and to keep the muscles guessing. Hell, something's got to work. lol.

Finished off with leg curls.

So it went-

Lunges 5 sets no weight to warm up.
Leg extensions 5 sets x 15 reps.
Leg Press- several warm ups and then 5 hard sets of 12 reps.
Hamstring Curls- 5 sets 10 reps.

No more carbs for the rest of the day.

Well, damn few at least. I am mixing up a protein drink and having a little green beans with this stuff.

I wonder how it worked out that my woman is in a college town with a 24 hour Golds, a nice apartment and is a Pro- While I am stuck on a reservation alone, struggling to get a decent workout, and freezing my ass off in a camper?

Until January 3rd. I actually took today off so I can get plates for my new truck and get an oil change. I also need a hair cut.

I have guest speaker in my class frequently trying to get the kids interested in careers in science/health/medical.

Would you believe most don't care that about the shape of bacteria or viral vectors? lol. Well, believe it!

Man, if I lived closer, I would be there in a second to tell them all about being a nurse... LOT's of stories I could motivate them with!
