A lot of people don't get this in a gym: The little old 80 year old lady's workout is JUST AS IMPORTANT as anyone else's in the gym. It doesn't matter if you are a 300lb bodybuilder or training for the special olympics.

do I sigh heavily when I see an ancient old lady doing a marathon set of 100 reps with no weight on a machine that I want to use? absolutely.
but it's a first come, first serve basis, and she was there first. that's why I go to the gym after 8pm, because they are all in bed by that point.
