Just had my little boy through IVF. Had a vasectomy and been on TRT/cycling for over a decade.Also lost a testicle through cancer, had chemo when I was 21 (I’m 44 now). I did end up with a normal sperm count before they extracted sperm for IVF!

Yep. I had to use ivf as well. Not only did I have fertility issues but my lady did as well. Having my little girl cost about 25k but was worth every last penny !!!

I think my own fertility issues were due to starting gear wayyyyy to young. But hmg hcg and clomid fixed my low sperm count and quality very quickly. But anyway ivf with icsi was a miracle for a lot of us. My lady and I had a couple miscarriages then we tried to have a child naturally for a while after that. And it just wasn’t working. I started reading up about ivf with icsi so we went to the fertility clinic (it is one of the top 10 in the nation) . We did iui a couple times first and I think it’s just a waste of time and money. Wish we would’ve done ivf right off the bat. Like I said the 25k was well worth it to have my little twin now. She’s the light of my life. My little girl has changed me in so many ways for the better and made me realize what’s really important in life. There’s nothing like coming home after work and my little girl coming up to me with her arms in the air yelling da-da. I don’t get emotional over much but she just melts my heart. That’s my little rant for the day lol

It's crazy how many people I meet whos doctors tell them they are infertile and never heard of hmg. Also some doesn't even understand second and primary suppression and the role of any serms or hcg etc.

Only ask cause years ago thread existed where people guessed they were having more women from using AS, but it was taken with a grain of salt. I'm 40 and am going to have try and land a 30 year old
