You guys are probably getting sick of me now lol, but ive finally made my mind up on what direction im going to take now....i spoke to the UKBFF federation here in the UK and i can compete at u23 level for another 2 years....so it was either prep now with what i have got or take a long off-season, after weighing everything up i believe its best for me to take some time out and gain some muscle, put together a proper off-season and bring some good muscle into my next show

Plan is to blast and cruise for the next 1.5 years properly...gain weight but good quality weight...right now after this cruise im 205lbs 20lbs up from competition....took a few pics after training today which ive attached and my current protocol is 100mg test p + 100mg mast + 3ius bluetropin

I've never really ever taken gear properly off-season, i've had two off-seasons and the first was completely natural the 2nd the most i went up to was 400mg test, but i spent alot of time of gear...i mainly just ate...ate alot, at some points i was having 9-10 meals a day. It killed me but think i put good size there

My plan is to run 600mg test + 200mg Tren + 200mg Deca for 10-12 weeks
then come off for 6-8 weeks and run very minimal test maybe 100-150mg test

I really want to bring something special come 2014 (when i plan to step on stage again)

My main focus is to just bring everything up really, just be a bigger version of what i am now, also i need to bring my chest up loads, if any of you guys have had problems bringing your chest up and found something that really worked for you please share, because man its been a bitch bodypart for me

Yeah man i know, it sucks im thinking of maybe hitting back to basics, lowering weight and feeling the muscle again, i mean i do get a good pump and i do feel that my chest works it out...but then my shoulders and arms come into play after a while

Right now my current chest routine is this

Incline bench 3 sets of 8
Incline dumbell press 2 sets of 20
Flat bench 4 sets of 5 rest pause
Flat dumbell flies 2 sets of 20
And occasionally some cable cross overs chucked in here or there...my chest pumped looks half decent, just need more mass and better shape to it

I made some thickness in my chest with the following 3 exercises.

heavy incline bench

gironda bench presses.

some heavy weighted dips.

I used heavy weight (for me) which would not allow me to do more than 6 reps.

I also read in one of the posts on here that site injections into chest helped a pm member. but I can't find that post again and I don't remember who wrote it.

Gironda bench presses? i remember buselmo mentioning them before on here, when i do dips i just cant find the right angle my shoulders keep taking over, ive actually just switched up to training my chest twice a week now, honestly trying everything in my power to get it up...

Im gonna try and chuck some dips in my session on friday, and try these gironda presses, im open to new excercises as obviously what im doing at the moment isnt quite working
 
I second the use of neck presses and gironda dips. Did wonders for me in a short time. I didn't do them heavy though. I tried to stay at 12 reps for five sets. Dips are great for chest, and are under utilized IMO. Do them gironda style with hands and elbows out wide and get deep into the stretch.

I hear ya bro, and i appreciate your feedback alot, you are very honest with people and open about stuff at the way you put forward about it...i think maybe i am just very goal driven, thats why i like to know what im doing and set myself targets....right now career wise, life wise im exactly were i want to be started a new job just the other day going down were i want to...i just had to re-evaluate

The guys i were competing against were nearly twice my size, outmuscled i was getting very easily....the plan is to come back then but not necesserily a setting stone, it could change at any time you are right in what you are say

What i feel is that taking time off enjoying life and whilst gaining the necessary improvements to my phsyique, realistically it'll take me some time so i set 2014 as lets say a bench mark

Id suggest John Meadows if your chest is lagging.

The things he does with clients is rediculous and good.

Same with Shelby but were talking training here not diet.
