I guess that small disclosure of what I considered a "heavy supp user" took a new turn for this thread lol ---- I am not great friends with the guy or his trainer, but I would have to bet that he never really put in the ground work since he was a teen etc....
Something tells me he dived in too deep too fast. You just can't use a method that is used on "so and so pro" and transcend it onto some guy who isn't as experienced with training, muscle maturity/development, hormone tolerance etc.. and expect him to morph into something he is NOT ready for ----yet.
I wanted to try and approach him and convince him that I would get him in as good or even better condition on a fraction of the compounds and with my nutrition guidance...of course I would not want any drama with stepping on so and so trainers toes etc,,,,
but I know I could "re-set:" this guy and have him do things the right way before going to such extremes.
