I actually believe that cycle. have you seen the pic of Jay at 15???? He has a RIDICULOUSLY huge frame. And that's not a light cycle. It's all pharm stuff. 9-12 pharm gh?? Thats like 25-30 generics. I have taken 1iu of pharm and it was wild. I believe that cycle for sure. Jay has ungodly genetics as well. obviously

Clen 4-5tabs(I'm guessing 20mcg ea).
Coming off yearly for 10-12wks
Switching compounds every 4 weeks or so
Switching to Prop at a given point and removing all injectables 2-3 weeks out.

I am really not sure why you guys are calling bullshit on the possibility of this being as accurate as memory can provide... his genetics and drive were pretty fucking amazing. I think he is the greatest ambassador in the history of bodybuilding... 4 Mr O's and 5-6 2nd place finishes..and 3 consecutive Arnolds.

Bro you did not get anything wild from 1 iu of pharma gh. That’s probably LESS than a replacement dose. That’s the equivalent to saying “ I took 70mg pharma test a week and blew up “….

I won’t doubt that you saw good progress at the time, but to attribute it to 1iu GH is just not physiologically possible. Your IGF1 wouldn’t even be super physiological from that dose.

I agree. Hence why no where in my post did I attribute it solely to running 1iu of pharm gh. You’re 100% correct.
