Well, I ended up takign that week off of rest from lifting last week, and came back this monday and hit legs hard. I felt great, and feel the rest period helped me a lot, my strength was up a few reps, but my endurance was down slightly which I expect to return in no time.
Well, I did 4 sets squats, 4 hacks, and supersetted 3 sets of leg ext's with lunges, and leg curls. I am soooooooo sore today and yesterday that I am in dibelief, I feel like i tore every muscle in my quads, glutes, and hams. I have been sore before dont get me wrong, but I mean this is literally crippling. DO you think I overtrained for my first workout back? I mean i will definately still be sore 5-6 days after the workout.
