So sore, that I'm crippled!!

Well, I ended up takign that week off of rest from lifting last week, and came back this monday and hit legs hard. I felt great, and feel the rest period helped me a lot, my strength was up a few reps, but my endurance was down slightly which I expect to return in no time.

Well, I did 4 sets squats, 4 hacks, and supersetted 3 sets of leg ext's with lunges, and leg curls. I am soooooooo sore today and yesterday that I am in dibelief, I feel like i tore every muscle in my quads, glutes, and hams. I have been sore before dont get me wrong, but I mean this is literally crippling. DO you think I overtrained for my first workout back? I mean i will definately still be sore 5-6 days after the workout.
 
nah bro I don't think you over trained. My legs always give me the worst pain after taking a week off. I'd get up in the steam room and do some stretches for about 30 mins/day. also try to stretch them out through out the day. later

Yea, i jsut stretched them in a hot shower for about 15 solid mintues, ill keep doing it.

|--[\\\]>------- Happening to me right now! i hit legs pretty good sunday nite and i am paying the price for sure. i had to walk down stairs today backwards b/c any weight i put on my quads just make them cringe(sp)!

Take some Vitamin C + Taurine + Potassium and 5HTP, that should help you out :)

Been doing that too, and they are still absolutely killling me and it is THURSDAY! I worked my legs on fuckin MONDAY!!! THIs sucks, my legs buckle almost evry step i take b/c i am so sore i dont want to bend my knees and put pressure on the quads
