Yeah, I've been throwing a met con in with BW squats and my knees wil be slightly inflammed for a couple of days afterwards. Sucks, wish I could figure out how to not have that happen.

And I started mowing my yard for the exercise, before this pandemic we paid for lawn service. no reason I cant mow the yard and save $45

You probably ditched them because of the same reason I did: because you can add so much weight you get the impression that they are too easy and not worthwhile. But I really like how they pump up my triceps. Might become my main triceps-exercise.
