what I have been doing is taking igf-lr3 after workout with darkmatter, I was gonna try pre-workout but i didnt know if it was to soon to take cause I take my gh soon as I get up but im at gym within 2 hours from then. So would that be to soon to take igf if I just took gh?? I want to get the most out of both and read that igf was best taken after wrkout if your taking gh prior
I'd probably switch it around so I could have carbs with my workout- igf1-lr3 pre-workout with dextrose, bcaa, creatine etc. then GH post workout on somewhat empty stomach if possible. Just my thoughts on it.
How I've switched things around too....igf-1 half an hour pre...1-3ius humalog (only chest, back, shoulders, legs) ghrp2/mod grf 1-29 pwo with regular mgf. I think I've switched it about 3 times in the last two weeks...

How far after ur workout? I would wait at least two hours.....or u could do something likeok so im thinking im gonna switch my growth to mornings when i get up, and take the igf lr3 at night after my workout, like 6 or 7ish.. what u guys think??
im still running 5 iu of hgh in the morn
then the igf 3 at night..
and one more thing.. my igf 3 is 1000mcg.. do i add 1ml or 2ml of AA to the 1000 mcg bottle? and does it need to be kept in the fridge like my hgh?? thanks
That should work...i personally prefer to utilize hgh's anti catabolic/anabolic(when used with other things) properties around my workouti was thinking the igf 3 like 2 hours after workout.. and the hgh around 8 or 9 in the morning..
and the A Acid what u mean less? i mean dont u have to put a certain amount in the 1000mcg bottle or igf lr3? like hgh its 1cc of back water per bottle which = 10iu's.

U want to use 1 ml AA....u could use 2mls...but u will be injecting double the amount of acetic acid...not fun
one more dumb ass question... how many mcg's are in one iu?
