So what's the verdict on IGF-Lr3?

ok im also looking into ghrp6 and igf1 lr3.. a few questions. how long do i use it? where do i inject? pre wo or post po? same pin or differnt pin to inject..thanks guys
 
what I have been doing is taking igf-lr3 after workout with darkmatter, I was gonna try pre-workout but i didnt know if it was to soon to take cause I take my gh soon as I get up but im at gym within 2 hours from then. So would that be to soon to take igf if I just took gh?? I want to get the most out of both and read that igf was best taken after wrkout if your taking gh prior:confused:

I'd probably switch it around so I could have carbs with my workout- igf1-lr3 pre-workout with dextrose, bcaa, creatine etc. then GH post workout on somewhat empty stomach if possible. Just my thoughts on it.

How I've switched things around too....igf-1 half an hour pre...1-3ius humalog (only chest, back, shoulders, legs) ghrp2/mod grf 1-29 pwo with regular mgf. I think I've switched it about 3 times in the last two weeks...

x2. I've been wanting to use my GHRP and GRF 1-29 combo post WO but I wasnt sure If I could run it with my PEG MGF simultaneously.

You know, it makes some good sense imo: igf1-lr3 pre workout to shuttle in nutrients, mgf immediately post workout- have a little carbs/aminos, wait an hour or so, then have the gh peptides- which should give a great igf-1 release! It's a good set up cause you get the nutrient shuttling from the lr3, the proliferation of satellite cells from mgf (potentially), feed the muscles, then hit them with a gh/igf-1 burst from the gh peptides. Good plan.

Very good actually....I was commenting to my girl about how i think I got leaner during the holiday.....i checked the scale and I'm actually 4 lbs up from last Monday and appear leaner...obviously water, glycogen etc....but that eventually leads to more muscle.....I've also been throwing in some extra cialis I had lying around in pr workout and it leads to some amazing pumps and fascia stretching too...I beleive

How far after ur workout? I would wait at least two hours.....or u could do something like

2.5 ius gh upon waking

25mcgs igf-1 45 mins pre wo

2.5 ius gh pwo

25 mcgs igf-1 2-3 hrs pwo

Beleive me...the less acetic acid the better

When recon'd with AA u can keep at room temp for something crazy like a year....but unless needed I would always store in the fridge

That should work...i personally prefer to utilize hgh's anti catabolic/anabolic(when used with other things) properties around my workout

U want to use 1 ml AA....u could use 2mls...but u will be injecting double the amount of acetic acid...not fun

This is exactly how I've been doing it and got great results. I'm taking a little break from the peps now, but plan to start back up with that protocol once I get my new AAS protocol going.

I've always responded especially well to anabolics... much better than test. So I'm going with a base of 800mg of Deca, 200mg of Test, 75mg EOD of Tren, and 4mg of Boladrol ED. I don't get progesterone sides, so I should be hard as nails and very strong. I'll drop the Boladrol after 3 weeks and see how it's going. I'm going to continue the IGF though. I'd like to see my weight drop into the low 260's since I'm doing a little cardio and cleaning up the diet a bit. I still want to be able to make the heavyweights.

I don't mix the peptides in a syringe unless I'm short on pins....

It depends on how much bac waqter you reconstitute with. I use 1ml with 2mg of mgf. That gives me 100mcg per 5iu.
