my pet peave is personal trainers who make all their clients conform to their own fitness agendas... the worst offenders are the functional strength purists. last month one of their clients snuck off and did curls after an intense bosu/kettlebell foam roller session the trainer happened to see this and tore the client a new asshole, calling him narcissistic and vain.

i had some words with that trainer after the client left the studio, lol

Pretty amazing. The sad part is that I have seen trainers like this. That in itself is pretty terrible.
