Hey guys! Have been severely uneducated on sodium and never taken advantage of it have always been low sodium like 2000mg a day. Just learned about it properly and have upped to 6000mg a day. I have got water retention in my legs and ankles, I know to be expected after the big increase. Am full as a house now, cannot believe was not doing this earlier haha. But my question is if I keep sodium high will my body adjust and just start flushing out the excess water from ankles and legs etc? Or do I have to drop it right back again and slowly work it up? Thanks guys!
