Hey guys, I'm not one to post much, but I wanted to share my recent experience with nandrolone decanoate (Deca Durabolin). It's not your typical bodybuilding story, but it might be helpful for those dealing with injuries.
After a nasty joint surgery, my recovery was slow and painful. Gains were nonexistent, and I was starting to get discouraged. That's when my doc suggested Deca as a way to boost healing and preserve muscle mass.
I decided to go solo on a low dose, 100mg/week, for 12 weeks. No testosterone, no other compounds, just Deca. And honestly, it was a game-changer.
Within a few weeks, my joint pain significantly decreased, allowing me to train again, albeit with modifications. My appetite also improved, which was crucial for recovery. Most importantly, I noticed I wasn't losing muscle like before. In fact, I even managed to add a few pounds of lean mass.
Now, I'm not saying Deca is a magic bullet. There were some sides, mainly water retention and a slight drop in libido. But compared to the benefits, they were manageable.
Overall, my solo Deca run was a positive experience. It helped me through a rough patch and allowed me to get back on track with my training. If you're dealing with a serious injury or recovery, it might be worth discussing with your doctor. Just remember, it's not a replacement for proper rehab and smart training.
